What is individual therapy?
Understanding the therapy
Using a person-centred approach alongside CBT and mindfulness-based practices, sessions are guided with compassion, collaboration, and a focus on helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout your healing and growth journey.
Counselling support is available for individuals experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, grief and loss, relationship and family challenges, cultural identity concerns, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Sessions can also support those wanting to better understand themselves, improve emotional wellbeing, and develop healthier coping strategies.
